KSHIP SHIELD sends transactional text messages only when a user separately chooses SMS during account signup or security verification.
How users opt in
- The user opens KSHIP SHIELD account signup.
- The user provides a mobile number and selects SMS as the verification method.
- The user checks a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default.
- KSHIP SHIELD sends a one-time verification code after consent is recorded.
