KSHIP SHIELD SMS Terms

Program
KSHIP SHIELD provides transactional SMS messages for account verification and requested security alerts. SMS consent is optional, separate from email consent, and is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you will receive confirmation and no further SMS messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or contact shield@kship.com.
Eligibility and delivery
You must provide a mobile number you control and keep it current. Delivery is subject to carrier availability. KSHIP SHIELD may suspend messaging to protect users, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how account and mobile information is handled. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
